The Black Sheep in the Family

by Jean Mollett

The black sheep in the family,
always getting into trouble,
even when being good, gets in trouble.
Someone accusing him/her of something,
they weren't even aware of it.

The black sheep in the family,
family members getting angry,
one wonders why they even try.
The black sheep in the family says,
that's it, I'm done with it all.

Author's Note: I can relate to the black sheep, at times. Join the club.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
