Havin Thanksgiving Thoughts
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 2 times

Other Poems by J. Mollett

Give thanks with a grateful heart,
for what the Lord has done for us.
There's a song called: Give Thanks,
listen to it sometime. Better yet join
in and sing along, then you'll understand.
Havin thanksgiving thoughts.

Give thanks with a grateful heart,
for what the Lord has done for us.
Thanksgiving is a time for giving,
spending time with your family, friends.
Giving thanks should be done all the time,
anytime, not just on Thanksgiving.
To our Lord.
Havin thanksgiving thoughts.

Give thanks with a grateful heart,
for what the Lord has done for us.
He put us on this earth, to live, do good,
not evil. Be thankful for who you are, and
what you have. Be kind to others, not mean,
and cruel. Be willing to help, when you can.
Often a kind word goes a long way.
Havin thanksgiving thoughts.

Give thanks with a grateful heart,
for what the Lord has done for us.
Not to take people or things for granted,
not to judge people so harshly. For the Lord,
is the only one to judge people. Remember
others in your prayers.
Havin thanksgiving thoughts.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
