Rainbows

Other Poems by J. Mollett

After a good rain, you may see a rainbow. It happens
once in awhile, not all the time, I usually look for
it. Sometimes when it's just right, a rainbow will
appear with it's beautiful colors. Showing it's
brilliant bright colors for all to see. Sometimes,
it's a big rainbow, or just a small one. Watch close
after a storm too.

After a good rain, you may see a rainbow. If the
sun comes out shining bright, it's beauty really
stands out. It seems like the rain washes away all
the dirt, grime, gives everything a fresh new look.
Take a video picture of rain coming down, it would
probably look like a teardrop falling, shown in slow
motion.

After a good rain, you may see a rainbow. While
looking or watching a rainbow, look into other areas.
Check out the flowers, specially roses to see what
beauty it makes. Look around for a spider web,
sometimes it has it's own rainbow too.

The raindrops on the spider's web, with the sun
hitting just right. You may see some colors there.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
