A Tool made from Wood

A Tool made from Wood

A tool made from wood,
it's not like any tool used to repair.

A simple tool that is used everyday,
to bring such a good relief to ya.

A special kind of tool, that comes in
handy whenever ya need it. No questions asked

A tool made from wood,
who would ever thought of this one.

A tool that one should never be without,
that will surely help out when there's
an itch just about anywhere.

A very useful tool to help out daily,
it's called the back scratcher.

A tool not only for the back, use it for
your sides, legs and even your toes too.

A tool that so many is glad to see made,
instead of hitting the doorway frames, to help
a itch. Or using a comb, brush, or pen to
scratch where it itches. Oh, it feels so good.

Author's Notes:
It came to me, one night when I
was using mine. Kinda silly, I know.

A Tool Made from Wood.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
