Grapevines Have Beauty

Grapevines have beauty: picking out just the right
plants to grow, maybe a few puny ones. To see how
they grow, you may be surprised.

Grapevines have beauty: planting them at the right
time of the year, ever so carefully not to break them

Grapevines have beauty: watching over them so
closely, making sure they're doing well.

Grapevines have beauty: hoping and praying the
weather will be good, for a harvest of grapes.
Praying to our Lord, to watch over them.

Grapevines have beauty: as they start growing,
sprouting out with new branches. Just waiting to
see grapes starting to show.

Grapevines have beauty: without the branches,
grapes couldn't grow, hang down in clusters. To
have the strength to hold the clusters of grapes.

Grapevines have beauty: to walk out and see clusters
of grapes, is such a beautiful site. Specially after
it's rained, to see raindrops on them, rolling down
the clusters.

Grapevines have beauty: picking big clusters of
grapes, makes your mouth water. Pop one in your
mouth just for a quick taste.

Grapevines have beauty: as you pull them off the
cluster of branches. look at the branches, there
can be from 8 to 10 big branches. The little
cluster branches can have from 2 to 10 grapes,
on each small branch.

Grapevines have beauty: they grow spreading with
many branches, soon to have multiple clusters of
grapes. Some seedless or original with seeds.
Variety of colors, maybe flavors. Bearing much
fruit for eveyone.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
