Ode to MNCA

Ode to MNCA

Ode to MNCA,

The school faces bad news,

Being around for so many years,

students came and went.

Ode to MNCA,

each student was learning,

with such excitement and joy.

Their like a rose bud.

Ode to MNCA,

Showing their true being,

waiting to spread out it's petals,

with such bright colors.

Ode to MNCA,

it's time for sadness,

now our school is closed,

stands with silence.

Author's Notes:

Will greatly be missed.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
