International Dinner
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

International dinner,
gathering different kinds of recipes
from other countries. Cutting, clipping,
taping or pasting on colored paper, some
on the white paper. Picking out a recipe
to make, not knowing what to expect,
some new ones too.

International dinner,
not everyone showed up. We had a small
group, but we still had plenty of fun
and enjoyment going around. Dishes from
different countries, very tasty. From
Brazil, Russia, some ya can't spell.
Certainly will want some of the recipes,
oh so good. Everyone enjoyed each dish.

International dinner,
there was Banana bread with a special
cream cheese spread. A sugar cookie with
with a butter cream spread on it. Fried
bananas with ice cream to put on it. A
tasty crunchy granola, a pork dish, one
with a taco salas taste, another with
white beans, tasty too. Not sure, thought
I saw meat balls, I missed them, man, oh
well. That's just some of the dishes.
Clearing out early, a few left. Still
had our fellowship even with a small group.
Just wished the others had come, too.

Author's Notes:
There was some Brazil No
Bake Chocolate cookies. There
something like Easy Chocolate
Cookies, no bake. Very yummy.
Maybe next time more will come.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
