Toyland Heaven

by Jean Mollett

Toyland heaven,
when it's time to throw away
those precious little toys.
That your little or big baby,
has torn or chewed up.

Toyland heaven,
remembering all the fun and joy
your pet has had from them.
Time and time again playing
together with them.

Toyland heaven,
now you both can be at ease,
cause now it's their time.
All the toys are having fun,
just running and chasing
each other around.

Author's Note: Had to throw another toy away awhile back. There goes another toy bound for: Toyland heaven.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
