The Wonder Of Our Pets!!
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 2 times

The wonder of our pets,
the last pet I had was a parakeet.
'Til he passed away in Oct 03. Now we
have a puppy. I guess we never give
them enough credit for just how
smart they really are. Some of the
things Sparky would do or say. You
soon learn with being with them,
playing or talking to them. Just
watch them closely sometime.

The wonder of our pets,
Goldie is something else too. I
found out quite a bit about her real
quick, specially recently. I do
declare, she keeps me wondering about
her. I guess she thinks the same way
about us too. She's a little over 5
months, and we have noticed that she
knows the names of her toys. And
discovered other things about her
too.

The wonder of our pets,
sometimes it's enough to boggle the
mind. Ya stand and scratch your head
at them too. Like alright, what's next
from you? Then ya think oh man, I
shouldn't ask. Yet after all said and
done, the love always flows out to you.
So much enjoyment, ya gotta love them.
They are such a joy, they help with
your health too. Reducing stress, blood
pressure, etc. So take good care of
each other, enjoy life to the fullest.

Author:s Notes:
A friend that works with my hubby told him about these 4 puppies being dumped with food and collars on them. Shortly after he took them home and caredfor them. He went to see them at his home on a farm. That's how we got ours.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
