End of the School Year Extravaganza

Wednesday evening after service, we
were reminded about our special event
for Saturday. Pastor passed out flyers,
everyone got one in the mail. Everything
was set for Saturday, May 18,03 at 10:30
a.m. Hoping for a beautiful day, it rained
on and off all day. It turned out busy,
even with a wet cool day. See Susan to
purchase tickets for food, games, activities,
events. They are required, contact school.
End of the school year Extravaganza.

There were so many things, a dunking booth,
game prize booth, hot air bouncer for small
kids. It was busy out there, everyone loved
the dunking booth. Specially the kids. When
it was announced the Pastor was getting in
the dunking booth. Boy, you never saw kids,
running so fast. Yes, he got it about 2 or 3
times, didn't catch who dunked him. His son
had been in it often, some others too. You
should have heard the children, they were
having a blast. Alot of hard work put into
this event. What a wonderful day.
End of the school year Extravaganza.

All kinds of activities, lots of food,
drinks, bake sale, cake walks often. A
silent auction, live Gospel music, with a
donation. Meet Mr. President Lincoln, meet
Guash, The Predators Mascot. Bluegrass Band
concert, yard sale and more. I see why it's
well known, I really enjoyed it. Oh yes, I
also most forgot one important item, lots
and lots of donuts for sale. There's still
plenty left, they're very good. Kristy Creme,
yum yum, so good. Don't forget your donuts.
Everyone's having fun and plenty tired, it's
for a great cause. To help the school, MNCA.
End of the school year Extravaganza.

Author's Note:
Hey, we don't have to make
the donuts, we have them. Don't
forget your donuts. Yummy, yummy
in your tummy. Just a little
humor in there everyone.
Thank you, very much.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
