Faint Not

Faint not and grow not weary
when the days seem long and dreary...
if dark storm clouds should appear
act as if it's bright and clear!
Rain or shine, snow or hail,
what God began shall prevail.
but there's something you must do,

trust the Lord to see you through!
Expect His timing to be right,
walk by faith and not by sight...
when the Lord completes His mission,
He'll bring His purpose to fruition! (c)

Galatians 6:9 "Let us not become weary in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap a harvest if we faint not."

About the Poet
Christian since 1973, widowed in 2007, but by the divine appt. of God, I married a wonderful, godly widower in Oct. 2010. Three grown, married sons and eight grandchildren. My first love is Jesus who inspires my pen, for apart from Him I can do nothing! I desire to honor the Lord and edify readers thru poetry He inspires.
