Autumn Arbor

Autumn Arbor

Colorful leaves entertwine to form

a lacy trellis over the roadway..
An enchanting natural arbor
where golden sun rays
flicker thru the leaves...

Intervals of shade and beams of sunlight
blend together for a magical drive
down a small stretch of country road.

I'm in dreamland, in awe
of God's unique creativity,
because wherever I go
His handiwork is plain to see!

About the Poet
Christian since 1973, widowed in 2007, but by the divine appt. of God, I married a wonderful, godly widower in Oct. 2010. Three grown, married sons and eight grandchildren. My first love is Jesus who inspires my pen, for apart from Him I can do nothing! I desire to honor the Lord and edify readers thru poetry He inspires.
