Interrupted Prayer

Bowing heads to pray

Thanking God for the meal

"Hi Doug" interrupts

Interrupted Prayer (2014) Quentin Clingerman

Author's note:  Renter came in as we were getting ready to eat.  Lawrence who was not praying just spoke out as if I were not praying.  I reminded him of his interruption when I finished the brief prayer.   For me prayer before eating is a time of grace.
