Wait Not!

Wait Not!

Wait not for another day

A more convenient time

The days flee as animals from a forest fire

And are as fragile

Make the most of the time you have

For seeking God

For doing His will

It's all spelled out in His Word

No better moment then NOW

It is all we have

It is all we know

It is passing by all so quickly

There is God to praise

There is someone to encourage

Be about your Father's business

(I remind myself as well as you)

The day is late

But never too late to begin

"Redeem the times for the days are evil!"

Wait Not! (c) 2007 Quentin Clingerman
