Drip by Drip

Hanging firmly in place

Tubes running through space

Into a vein

Drip by drip

Live saving liquid

By some unpronounceable name

Very toxic

Yet, intended to extend life

The paradox of some medicines

There is an invisible line

From which drips the toxicity of sin

Which kills spiritually

Only gives death

It's remedy is the blood of Christ

Infused to cleanse the sin

To stop the steady drip

To give Eternal Life

The first IV only given when all else fails!

The latter line is not a choice

It is inborn

Only the blood of Christ

Can change it

It is a choice

Life in Christ

Death in sin

What is your choice?

Not to make one is to choose Death!

Drip by drip!
