The Heavens Declare God's Glory
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

The Psalmist declared it right!
On that particularly awesome night
When the brightest Star of all
Shone miraculously over a lighted stall

Shepherds on a hillside near by
Watched angelic hosts light up the sky
To sing the glories of the Divine
In a manger from a baby's face to shine

Still as we behold the night
Seeing much of humankind's dreadful plight
With upraised arms and hands reaching
On the Creator of the heavens beseeching

May those in such lost estate
Filled with misery and hate
See the Son of righteousness
In those who know inwardly His goodness

A goodness that the heavens still declare
As they mirror the love of their Creator fair
