Triumph

With sound of trumpet blast
The change will be sudden and complete
This world will be no more at last

A new heaven and earth shall appear
The saints through the ages shall rule
With the One held by them most dear

Christ  and judges now arrive
His righteousness and justice the throne
His awesome majesty fully alive

No longer penitent petition received
Through the ages those who suffered with him
Who in Christ only for salvation believed

Now stand in holy awe before him
Triumphant in his mercy and grace

Triumphant in his mercy and grace
