First Snow

Here in Kansa/Missouri first snow for this traveler

Driveway covered, walking gingerly on the arm of my daughter

Fourteen degree temperature nipping at my ears

Road clear made driving easy with whiteness on v iew

Seeing great grandson makes cold and any inconvenience worthwhile

Said in this less than poetry

Conversing with daughter recovering from stroke a real joy

Thanking God for His presence in whatever

Thanking God for His presence in whatever
