Nameless

God has given me a gift for words
But it was only until I discovered
The gifts from His mighty Word
My words began to make any sense
Exalting His name without fear
Honoring Him throughout the years
My selfish name began to gradually fade
Diminish into the backseat in awe of His name
Gratefully praising the grace from God's throne
Lovingly surrendering to His selfless gift Christ Jesus
King of Kings, Saviour of our world
The many gifts found in God's Word
Treasures written by His Holy Hands
Made me yield my selfish spirit
To the GREAT I AM
