God's Footsteps Call
By: Laurie Ragan Jenkins

Where God's footsteps fall, is another world
His world not my world, the soul's twirl
Heaven stirs a call, when you listen content
Onward you march, where His footsteps went
Calling the soul, where His footsteps fall

Sometimes strong in song, His light so bright
Such an easy fight, both day and night
Other times bleak and weak, dismayed to stay
Faith's twilight as darkness falls
Still the soul persists through it all
To His Heavenly call, where God's footsteps fall
