Jesus is Risen

Jesus Is Risen

The star that glittered in the nighttime sky
Glittering, glittering, heavenly high
Still the same star, still the same sky
Glittering, glittering, for those longing to hold
Still leading hearts, still saving souls
Glittering, glittering, in a continual sky
While many long years are trickling by
Glittering, glittering, heavenly high
Where is the baby Jesus born long ago
Glittering, glittering, for those longing to hold
Led to the Cross, rose from the grave
He is not here, for He is risen, as He said
Glittering, glittering, heavenly high
Glittering, glittering, in the nighttime sky
Gaze up at Heaven cease to wonder why
Jesus is risen still saving lives
