Wings of Care

Wings Of Care

When the sun approaches the horizon

Light spills onto the day
Rooster's crow the arriving
Starting another day

Birds tweet, sweet melodies

Crickets buzz and hum
Dogs bark in the distance
Children run for the bus

Christians pray to their Maker

Thanking Him for this day
Asking Him to watch over
Their families welfare today

Give them divine protection

Bless their every step
Keep them safe within
His wings of loving care
