Silent Night Soul
By: Laurie Ragan Jenkins

Like a rushing waterfall
Christ Jesus claimed this soul
As His silent night began
He was all I longed to know
Speak softly to me Jesus
Let me feel God's grace swept love
Grace that saves looms distantly above
Rushing waterfall soothes to silent soul
Desire to please God my Maker
Rest peacefully in His arms
Silent soul beseeches grace alarm
Grace delights leaping praises
Rushing forward to God's throne
Reflections of Christ Jesus leading on
Night's darkness of sin begone
Heaven's light shines brightest
Silent soul will make it home
