Love Beam
By: Laurie Ragan Jenkins

I used to be a sunbeam
As a young child at church
Now I've grown into God's love beam
Just like a shooting star
Christ Jesus flung across His earth
Blazing far and wide
All around the universe
Forever flying with His hope
Hope eternal for the Saviour
Of my love beaming soul
Gliding high with His hope
Love beam flung across His earth
A child was lit as God's Sonbeam
Into Christ's shooting star
Glowing love beam
