The Pebble
By: Laurie Ragan Jenkins

The pebble thrown
Into the middle of the lake
Ripples cascading away
From the pebble's weight
Always sure to be flowing
Touching where Heaven is knowing
The pebble of God's Word is forever growing
Throw God's pebble into the middle of the world
Having the ripple effect, flowing, flowing
Cascading all the way to Heaven up above
Praising God for all His wonderful love
Ripples seen throughout the world
Flowing to His throne touching God
The pebble thrown, the mightiest Stone
