Tranquility Meadow

Tranquility Meadow

Wounded wing princess taking baby steps
Through the maze of a down trodden life
Guidance seemed scarce for this beautiful creature
Mishandled, misplaced, devoid of trust
Nicked in the tender young wing
Wondering, wondering, traveling, traveling
Around and around in circles it seemed
Stumbling, tumbling down a steep hill
To arrive at a brook flowing life
Thirstily drinking to relieve a parched throat
Relaxes to an euphoric unconscious state
Wakes up in a blissful tranquility meadow
To a wonderful life giving King
He gently, carefully mends and restores her wounded wing
The compassionate King kindly sets her free
When she's healed from her misfortune, mishap scene
Rightfully restores her to a place in His glorious meadow
Sets her free, let's her soar, ever so gracefully
To all of her, never dared to dream of, dreams
