As the World Spins
By: Laurie Ragan Jenkins

As the world spins
Time-honored salutes majesty's bold
Praises vibrate Heaven's hold
Grandeur emits from God's throne
As the world spins
Praises advance to Heaven above
Glory, glory, shouts for His eternal love
Faithful followers to tiniest of birds
Honor sings for Creator strong
The earth is God's and all belong
As the world spins His time-honored song
Christ Jesus' voice is coming on strong
His return could be tomorrow
Remember our Saviour was the Man of Sorrows
Sorrows begone rise the Morning Star
As the world spins His by far
A brighter day blooms the Morning Star

King James Version

Revelation 22:16
I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches.   I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
