I have my instructions, all that I need,
Printed and bound and awesome to read.
Within its pages, nothing's left for our guessing,
His Word is truth, an anointed blessing.

I have my directions...which way to go,
My footsteps are ordered, He told me so.
My path is righteousness, love lights the way,
He gives me wisdom to guide what I say.

He leads me and guides me in truth so I'm safe,
But only if I follow His Spirit in faith.
Then I keep moving higher and never stand still,
Spreading the Good News...just doing God's will.
