Jesus Is So Wonderful!

Jesus Is So Wonderful!

Jesus is so wonderful!  Yes indeed!

He has come and met all my needs!

His love has filled me beyond measure!

I have found in him an eternal treasure!

He’s more valuable than the purest gold.

His joy is more unspeakable than told!

He’s the great I Am!  Almighty king is he!

And has come to give life

 most abundantly!

I want more of him in my life today!

And want to hear what he has to say!

I want to know him

with all of my heart!

From his presence,

may I not depart!

Please Lord Jesus, touch me

 by your power!

I need you more, with each

passing hour!

Come and change me as only you can do!

I really do love and always

 appreciate YOU!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
