Jesus Is More Than Wonderful!

Jesus Is More Wonderful Than I Ever Knew!

Jesus is more wonderful, than I ever knew!

He came inside, and made me brand new!

He’s more glorious and powerful than I can tell.

He gives living water from an eternal well!

His beauty and glory rules in the skies above…

The earth and the heavens are filled with his love!

His love for us has clearly been wonderfully designed.

When he died on the cross…  He had us all in mind!

His resurrection brought a victory over every sin!

Through his blood, we can all be BORN AGAIN!

Hallelujah!  Let’s bring thanksgiving

 to his holy name!

Through his gift of salvation,

 we can be forever changed!

Thank you Lord, for the many blessings you bring!

You are our righteousness!  Our everything!

Won’t you accept this wonderful lord today?

Won’t you accept him now? And begin to pray?

You can pray and ask for his life everlasting!

It can be yours right now!  For the asking!

Thank you Lord Jesus, for hearing our prayers...

And thanks for listening, and being there!

You’re the answer to our hopeless and despair.

So loving and kind…   And always cares!

This wonderful Jesus is our savior and friend!

For all he’s done…  Let’s shout;

“Thanks and AMEN!”

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
