Autumn Sea

Autumn Sea

In waves of wonder, winded high,

October leaves rise to the sky

in iridescent billows, glowing-

afloat in air - then falling, flowing...

cascading down to grassy reach

like shells awash upon a beach...

then taken back and up by force-

awhirl again on certain course.

A splash of breeze upon my being

of swirling colors I am seeing-

and Oh the deep that calls to me

within the season's Autumn sea!
