The Potter

The Potter

He holds the wheel; He molds the clay

and smoothes the pieces as they fall.

When shards of me begin to fray,

I listen to the Potter's call;

He picks me up and shows the way.

I grasp at pieces on the ground,

then put them in the Potter's hands.

I hear His voice - the soothing sound;

the broken me, He understands.

The wheel spins; I'm Heaven bound!

Referencing Isaiah 64:8...The Potter and the Clay

(the poem is written in Quintilla form)
