Sun-Silvered Leaves

Sun-Silvered Leaves

(a kyrielle)

Sun-silvered leaves upon the trees
call my attention, in the breeze,
all hailing Heaven brilliantly-
just as our God would have it be.

Sun-silvered leaves sway to and fro
electrified in light, aglow,
shimmering from hill to lee-
just as God would have it be.

Son-silvered words of Matthew shine
throughout the ages to mankind,
'till He returns, for all to see...
just as our God would have it be!

(The Book of Matthew is my favorite book in the Bible.)
