Lif - Frea / Lord of Life

 

Lif-Frea

 

Lif-frea - mens micel scyld,

feoh giftus He micel sceal,

uhtana earden nihtes and dagum.

Cear hea-steade of He word

giftus is scined earde helmes

leahtor is ne Helms hyra.

 

 

Lord of Life

 

Lord of Life - mens mighty Shield,

freely gives His mighty armour,

brightening earthen nights and days.

Calm horizons of His words

gives us shining earthly helmets,

leading us the Heaven's way.
