Other Poems by Lucia Kiersch Haase

In perfect time, there's blossoming- the call

of the buds longing outward for the sun

to shine in warmth before a destined fall,

each petal a spark of new life begun;

a portrait of God's own hand, lining all

gay blooms in a chorus of praise, respun-

upon each branch, an innate need to strive

and show the world, by His grace...how to thrive.
