I Can’t Know

I Can’t know
The future for my children.
I do know
God is always faithful.

I Can’t know
The reason for my suffering
I do know
God is preparing glory beyond comparison.

I Can’t know
How I will die.
I do know
I will be with God.

I Can’t know
If loved ones will come to Christ.
I do know
The Shepherd looks for sheep.

I Can’t know
What will happen tomorrow.
I do know Who holds tomorrow.
I do know that He answers prayer.
I do know that He can use me even when
I don’t know it.

About the Poet
I asked Jesus to be my Savior when I was 11 - that was almost 70 years ago as of June 2015. My husband and I had been married for 54 years as of March 2010 before he went Home to Heaven, and we have one son & daughter in law and 3 grandchildren.
