We’re All Waiting

Waiting to grow up
Waiting’s a large part of life.
Ev’ryone’s waiting.

Wait to graduate
Waiting’s a large part of life.
Ev’ryone’s waiting.

Wait - good learning time
Waiting’s a large part of life.
Ev’ryone’s waiting.

Waiting while God works,
Waiting’s a large part of life.
Ev’ryone’s waiting.

We learn endurance.
Waiting’s a large part of life.
Pray while we’re waiting.

While we wait, we hope.
Wait and hope is part of life.
Trust while we’re waiting.

(Geneva Poynter)

“Your strongholds will be iron and bronze,
And as your days are, so will your strength, your rest and security be.
Deuteronomy 33:25  (Amplified Bible)

About the Poet
I asked Jesus to be my Savior when I was 11 - that was almost 70 years ago as of June 2015. My husband and I had been married for 54 years as of March 2010 before he went Home to Heaven, and we have one son & daughter in law and 3 grandchildren.
