Is God the Last One You Believe In?

Is God the Last One You Believe In?

God sent his son.  Yet few received him.

He loves us so much!  Do you believe him?

This world was created by his words spoken.

You were created by him.  Not just a “token.”

He brings peace, love and eternal security.

And offers salvation, in deep sincerity!

His way of living is the best one made.

Your life for his, through Christ was paid!

Won’t you take the time to open your heart?

And allow God the chance to make a NEW START?

YOU can be a new creation!  The old passed away!

Won’t you listen to the words

of life he has to say?

“Come unto me.”  “And drink of the water I give.”

Now’s the time to receive

of his power to forgive!

He’s what you need!  You don’t

 have to be defeated!

Only through Jesus, can your

life be completed!

Please come Lord and open the eyes of the blind!

You are the only true hope for all of mankind!

Believing in God will never disappoint you!

He loves you so much!

And will always be with you!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
