Jesus Is Our True Hope and Security
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

Jesus Is Our True Hope And Security!

There shall be a day which is coming near.

Much of what people have shall disappear.

The things in life which

many have enjoyed.

Are being lost as many go

bankrupt and unemployed.

The future of many doesn't look good at all.

As the economy begins to fall.

Stocks and bonds often bring

 a "false security."

Have fallen as a result of

 greed and impurity.

But wait!  There's an answer to all

of this "chaos and confusion."

Your lifeline is a Holy Spirit' transfusion.

Only by the blood of Christ can

you have "peace of mind."

Someone who'll be there

 "in a most difficult time."

Your every need and burden can

be brought to the cross.

When everything seems

 "hopeless  and lost."

Jesus is the answer!

He’s solid and true!

Through the trials of life...

He’ll be there for you!

He’s more secure than a bank!

He’ll never let you down!

He's a solid foundation and will

 put you on solid ground!

He's the best insurance,

or 401k you'll ever know.

It's only in him that you can be made

complete and whole!

His love is complete, faithful and sure!

His divine plane for you is 100% secure!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
