I Worship Christ and Him Alone!
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

I Worship Christ and Him Alone!

I worship Jesus Christ and him alone.

I invite him to be the head of our home!

I’m thankful to Christ for all he’s done.

Through life’s battles, victory is won!

I come before Christ in humbled prayer.

He gave me love when no one else cared.

I want to study his word

and quickly listen.

To study approved

 for a Godly mission!

I ask the Lord Jesus to help me along.

It’s only in him that I remain strong!

Please come Jesus and help me to be.

An example of you, for others to see!

I have what I need with no more asking…

A lot of blessings and life everlasting!

I’m thankful to him for what I received.

He gives a reason to trust and believe!

Christ alone is all I ever needed.

An abundant life in him

 is now completed!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
