Won't You Believe in God?

Won’t You Believe in God?

Have you told God lately that you love him?

And taken to time to worship and adore him?

Have you taken the time with God in prayer?

Wherever you may be...  He’s always there!

Have you opened up your heart to receive him?

The words he speaks…  Do you believe him?

Have you asked for his will to be done in you?

He remains faithful.  And truly loves you!

Have you thought about his life abundantly?

And where you’ll be spending eternity?

Have you read his word and his salvation plan?

He offers it to everyone!  Each woman and man!

God is here right now!  And wants you to know…

Only he can restore and bring peace to your soul!

His spirit beckons and tugs at your heart.

Receiving him now, is a great place to start!

Please come and listen to his gentle voice!

Receiving his love is always the best choice!

The one who created everything, can be your God too!

The choice is yours!  What will you do???

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
