Who is this Man

Who is this Man

Who is this man from Galilee,
made lame men walk and blind men see?
was He the Messiah men despised,
or just a teacher kind and wise?

Who is this man who claimed to be
the Savior come to set men free?
bearing gifts the wise men came,
and many men praised His name.

Who is this man, a carpenter's son
who always prayed God's will be done?
He's Jesus Christ the gift of love
sent to redeem us from above!

His sacrifice upon the cross
meant our salvation, satan's loss!
come worship Him, the worthy one.
Who is this man?  God's Holy Son!

About the Poet
Christian since 1973, widowed in 2007, but by the divine appt. of God, I married a wonderful, godly widower in Oct. 2010. Three grown, married sons and eight grandchildren. My first love is Jesus who inspires my pen, for apart from Him I can do nothing! I desire to honor the Lord and edify readers thru poetry He inspires.
