Before the sun rose, I heard a verse of prose. A cardinal bravely singing, Was heard as a bell ringing. Spring is near! Do not fear. God can see the snow and cold, Warmth is coming as of old. |

About the Poet
I've been a Christian for over 40 years and am continually thankful for Jesus' friendship and care. I'm married and have three grown children. I also have two grandsons and three granddaughters. Praise God! My prayer is that God would use these simple poems to encourage you in your walk with the Lord.
