Moment by Moment
Jesus loves us with an amaranthine love, Steadfast, steady and true. He loves us while we sleep, engaged in conversation, And always when alone and blue. Although we forget He's listening, we natter on and on. Oh, may I remember from then to now, that You are never, ever gone. Not in fear, but in quiet confidence that You desire to share my days. So may I direct each thought and word to my Shepherd as He leads the way. |

About the Poet
I've been a Christian for over 40 years and am continually thankful for Jesus' friendship and care. I'm married and have three grown children. I also have two grandsons and three granddaughters. Praise God! My prayer is that God would use these simple poems to encourage you in your walk with the Lord.
