God's Vessel
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

God's Vessel

A vessel of beauty and grace,

In a lovely form, empty and waiting,

Fitted with flowers, bound by lace.

Some days aromatic, other days pouring peace,

Providing comfort, spilling over, from God's own resting place.

Molded by the Master, a vessel for His honor.

Emptied of self,  yet filled with His power.

Displaying His glory, every day's minute and every hour.

About the Poet
I've been a Christian for over 40 years and am continually thankful for Jesus' friendship and care. I'm married and have three grown children. I also have two grandsons and three granddaughters. Praise God! My prayer is that God would use these simple poems to encourage you in your walk with the Lord.
