Rhyme and Reason

To Him I owe ability
to be inspired - to want to write;
He was the first to lend the thought-
it's how He chose to shine His light.

It's poetry, not always rhymed,
just as one's life from day to day;
it's free verse or with meter set-
however be the chosen way...

and oftentimes the poems inspire,
but yet there is another reason...
praise and worship - spirit growth-
prepares me for another season.

Joy abounding!  Love instilled-
a knowing in my heart, what is...
a calling heard - God's will and plan -
to tell the world that we are His!

Matthew 28:18-20...Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in Heaven and on earth has
                                 been given to me.  Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing
                                 them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and
                                 teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.  And surely I am
                                 with you always to the very end of age."
