Heaven's Gaze

Heaven's Gaze

November trees bare branches all

in Autumn season's final call;

soul boughs reveal utmost praise

amidst the realm of Heaven's gaze.

The root within, the heart that glows-

the shining though the cold wind blows,

the faithful stance - the Savior's ways-

amidst the realm of Heaven's gaze.

'Tis me, 'tis you...'tis God's great plan-

the trees that grow - the life of man,

uplifted limbs - our arms we raise...

amidst the realm of Heaven's gaze.

(poem is a kyrielle)
