Hope

Hope glides upon the breadth of Spring,

then turns the barren Winter green.

Hope thrives within new warmth serene

to give the  budding flowers wing.

Hope gives the robins songs to sing

each day since Genesis, foreseen.

Hope glides upon the breadth of Spring,

then turns the barren Winter green.

Hope thrives in every living thing

o're all the earth and in between;

hope holds the Hand that intervenes

until each soul's awakening...

Hope glides upon the breadth of Spring.

(a rondel...thinking of Spring amidst the snow.) :)
