Bittersweet

Bittersweet

Reflourishing in vibrant glow,

I find the woodland's bittersweet-

old fruits to fade while new ones grow

reflourishing in vibrant glow.

Midst past to present seasons, oh!-

the time is winded, not discreet...

reflourishing in vibrant glow,

I find the woodlands bitter sweet.

This is a 'twist' triolet, as per the dual meaning to 'bittersweet.'
Bittersweet - a vine that bears clusters of orange pods also called the woody nightshade.
Bittersweet - emotions that join joy and sadness

As a young child, we (my family) would go into the woods in the Autumn season and
look for bittersweet.  My mom would set it on the fireplace shelves as an Autumn decoration.
A beautiful memory I have.
