The Lion as Devourer

The Lion as Devourer

The Bible tells many ways to see the devil

They are there, simply on the level.

One is that Satan is like a lion looking for those whom to devour

That is you and me if we are trusting Christ in order to live a holy life

St. Paul gives us all the amunition we need to face that lion

It is spelled out so very well in Ephesians chapter six

Victory in Jesus is available hitting the lion with a few firm licks

"Put on the full armor of God." Ephesians 6:11

Read and apply chapter 6:10 - 18

The best weapon against the lion and his kind

Sends them away and gives peace of mind

Note:  Inspired by Jim Pemberton's submission today and Reason Poteet's Chime of the Day and the message by the evangelist at church this afternoon.
